Travis Kelce has a Chiefs three-peat in mind.

Chiefs News: Travis Kelce silences retirement rumors quickly after Super Bowl

The parties are still rockin' in Kansas City after the Chiefs were able to win their third Super Bowl title in the past five years. Both Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce now have three rings for their collection - yeah, life is good.

However, entering the big game against the San Francisco 49ers, there was plenty of worry that this could be Kelce's final time donning a Chiefs jersey. Well, you can go ahead and put all those rumors to rest.

Shortly after the thrilling overtime win over San Francisco, Kelce didn't waste any time in saying he'll be back with the team next campaign. No. 87 is hoping to capture a three-peat with the AFC West powerhouse:

There you have it. Interestingly enough, the Chiefs hold the No. 1 Super Bowl betting odds for next season. Both Kelce and Mahomes are coming off brilliant campaigns, obviously playing a huge role in the Super Bowl win.

What made this year even more memorable for Kelce and Co. was that this was supposed to be a 'down season' for the Chiefs. They were underdogs in three consecutive postseason games: vs. the Bills, Ravens and 49ers.

Kansas City started things off by stunning Buffalo in the Divisional Round and then they followed that up by ending Lamar Jackson's season in the AFC Championship Game. Plenty of people assumed SF would get the job done in Las Vegas.

Early on, it looked like the 49ers would come out on top, as they had a 10-point lead. However, if we've learned anything over the past month, it's that you can never count out a team when Mahomes is under center for them.

As amazing as this past year was for the Chiefs, Kansas City has a chance to make history by winning the Super Bowl three years in a row once the 2025 campaign gets here. Kelce wants to get this done and he'll be ready to post even bigger numbers for the squad once next fall gets here. We can't wait to see him back in action.
