Bayern Munich and PSG will square off for the Champions League title on Sunday

Folks, the Champions League final we were all hoping for will take place this Sunday in Portugal. 

 

That's right, PSG and Bayern Munich, who both cruised to easy wins in the semifinals, will play for the hardware later this week. The final was set up on Wednesday after Bayern Munich took down Lyon 3-0, while PSG previously took down RB Leipzig. 

 

Now, both teams will return to the practice fields to prepare for what's sure to be an incredible last showdown of the tournament this weekend. 

 

The storylines are endless leading up to this one. Obviously, all eyes will be on Kylian Mbappe and Neymar for PSG, but other guys like Marquinhos and Angel Di Maria will surely have to step up as well. 

 

PSG is playing in its first Champions League final. They're so close to capturing the glory they can almost taste it, but Bayern Munich is playing out of this world right now and is hoping to win it all too. 

 

The club features multiple stars, including standout left back Alphonso Davies, Polish striker Robert Lewandowski and so many others. The German side will look to score early and apply pressure on PSG, but that's easier said than done.
