On Sunday night, Barcelona hosted Real Madrid at the Nou Camp and plenty of people figured that the visitors would be able to come out on top, especially after they took a 1-0 lead. However, Barcelona tied things up and then scored the game-winner in stoppage time for an unforgettable win. Goodness:

Franck Kessie gave Barcelona a thrilling win over Real Madrid

What a goal! Franck Kessie indeed posted one of the best goals of the season for Barcelona, as he helped his team capture the three points over Madrid. That's a finish that Kessie will never forget, as it set off a major explosion of celebrations inside of the stadium.

When you take a look at the La Liga table, it also showcases how important that last-minute winner was for Barcelona, as they currently hold 68 points. In second place is Real Madrid, with its 56 points.

Thanks to that 12-point gap, it feels like it will be a near impossible task for Karim Benzema and Co. to catch up to Barcelona. While this campaign hasn't gone according to plan for FC Barcelona, winning the La Liga title sure would be impressive for Xavi

This team was eliminated from the Champions League early on, and then they suffered a tough loss to Manchester United in the Europa League. Because of this, the club's supporters were down in the dumps. Now, though, the La Liga title indeed feels like it will be returning home to Barca.
