Arsenal reportedly about to steal Brazilian winger Willian from Chelsea

In a massive summer twist, it looks like Willian will be staying in London after all, but it might not be with Chelsea as everyone had originally expected. Last week, word out of Stamford Bridge was the Blues and Willian were close to a new deal.
Fast forward to Wednesday, and the latest reports from England have stated that Arsenal have swooped in to offer the winger a contract and things are in the final stages. Could the Gunners end up signing Willian?

This feels like it's come a bit out of nowhere, as it recently felt like Willian was all set to head back to Chelsea next season on a two-year deal. However, the Brazilian has been adamant that he's been hoping for at three-year deal from the club.
Per reports, Arsenal has indeed put a three-year offer on the table, with Willian set to make more than £100,000 per week. It doesn't look like Chelsea would be willing to match this offer, which could end up opening the door for Willian to join the Gunners.
Willian has been with Chelsea since 2013 and has made 234 appearances, scoring 37 goals. He's set to turn 32 this weekend and hasn't shown any signs of slowing down in recent campaigns.
We'll have to wait and see what happens, but it's looking more and more likely that Willian will be trading his blue jersey for a red one with Arsenal starting next campaign.
