Arsenal remains at the top of the Premier League table.

Arsenal gets sweet revenge with electric win over Everton

That's how you bounce back! Not long ago, Everton fans were trolling Arsenal supporters left and right after the Toffees recorded a 1-0 win over the Gunners at Goodison Park. It was a tough loss to Mikel Arteta's men, no doubt about that one there.

However, Arsenal and Everton faced off on Wednesday night in North London, with AFC ready to get some sweet revenge on their Premier League foes. Well, Arteta and Co. did just that, posting an epic 4-0 victory.

Bukayo Saka got the party started in the first half, putting Arsenal up 1-0 with a sensational finish from a tight angle. Before halftime arrived, Gabriel Martinelli doubled Arsenal's lead with a strong finish of his own.

Then in the second half, the Gunners didn't let up, adding goals from Martinelli and Martin Odegaard to close the scoring at 4-0. The four goals were obviously incredible to see for the EPL leaders.

With those three points, Arsenal now holds 60 on the season. They're in first place, with second-place Manchester City eyeing them down with 55 points. With 13 games left in the season, there's no question that the title race is heating up now more than ever.

Some people think Manchester United might still be in the race as well, but they're 11 points behind - it doesn't feel like they have a great shot of making a late run.  This will all come down to Arsenal and Man City, with plenty of Gunners supporters dreaming of a Premier League title.

This team has what it takes to get the job done, with stars like Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli and others really playing well. Not a lot of people thought Arsenal would be in this position late in the campaign, but they've surely silenced plenty of their haters.
