In his first interview with the club, the Portuguese RB let fans everywhere know just how happy he is to don an Arsenal shirt moving forward.
"One hundred percent that I will give all my best every day and every game," Soares said. "I try to be a guy with energy, a player that goes up and down. I like to consider myself a team player and yes, what can I say? It's difficult when you need to talk about yourself! But again, I will give my 100 percent for the team and for the fans."
The newest Gunner made more than 100 appearances with Southampton. He's also a regular on Portugal's national team, making 33 caps, with one goal to his name.
Arsenal will travel to Burnley on Sunday for an English Premier League showdown. Soares could be in line to make his first appearance for his new club.
