Aaron Rodgers and the Packers could be postseason-bound.

Aaron Rodgers on verge of powering the Green Bay Packers to the playoffs

We're sorry for even doubting Green Bay Packers signal-caller Aaron Rodgers for a second. Just about a month ago, it felt like it would be nearly impossible for the Packers to sneak into the playoffs.

The team was 4-8 on the year and playing rough. However, Green Bay has won four consecutive games and they're somehow 8-8 on the campaign. Come this Sunday night, they can book a trip to the NFC Wild Card Round with a win. And it's all because of Rodgers.

Despite not having Davante Adams out on the field to throw the ball to, Rodgers has seen his chemistry grow with Allen Lazard, Christian Watson and others. With Aaron Jones battling injuries too, the play of A.J. Dillon has been great to see.

Dillon is one of the most powerful running backs in the game, and he can also catch some passes from Rodgers too - which of course helps out this offense overall.

In Week 17, the Packers faced the Minnesota Vikings, who were hoping to post a win to help their chances of grabbing the No. 1 seed in the NFC. Green Bay had other ideas, as they dominated the Vikes.

With Green Bay hosting the Lions in Week 18, it's all simple for Rodgers, Matt LaFleur and others. Win, and you're in the postseason. Lose, and you have to watch the playoffs from home.

Right now, no one wants to face this Packers team beyond Week 18. Rodgers is a dangerous man with the ball in his hands. Come Sunday in primetime, we'll find out if Green Bay will keep its postseason and Super Bowl hopes alive.
