NFL Wild Card Round Schedule: Lamar Jackson and Baltimore ready to make a statement

It's go time. After a thrilling end to the regular season, the 2024 NFL playoffs are here and fans can't wait to see which teams will be ready to make a splash. Will the Kansas City Chiefs go on to three-peat?

That remains to be seen. Starting on Saturday, the Wild Card Round will get things going and there are some tasty matchups. Which teams will come out on top and book their trip to the Divisional Round? 

LA Chargers vs. Houston Texans

• Saturday, Jan. 11 at 4:30 p.m. ET
• How to watch: CBS and Paramount+

The first game of the postseason will feature Justin Herbert and the Chargers going up against C.J. Stroud and the Houston Texans. This is expected to be a high-scoring affair. Will it be LA or Houston to move on to the next round? We can't wait to find out. 

Baltimore Ravens vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

• Saturday, Jan. 11 at 8 p.m. ET
• How to watch: Amazon Prime

Another fun Wild Card matchup is the Ravens vs. Steelers. Lamar Jackson knows there's a lot on the line, as he's dreaming of leading Baltimore to the Super Bowl. Jackson has once again been playing at an MVP level. Will he step up for this team?

Denver Broncos vs. Buffalo Bills 

• Sunday, Jan. 12 at 1 p.m. ET 
• How to watch: CBS and Paramount+

This AFC meeting will set up Bo Nix going up against Josh Allen. Playing in Buffalo this time of year is never going to be easy and the Bills' defense is going to be ready to make life rough for Nix for his first postseason game. Allen continues to look like one of the best QBs in the NFL - that's going to continue on Sunday vs. Denver. 

Green Bay Packers vs. Philadelphia Eagles 

• Sunday, Jan. 12 at 4:30 p.m. ET 
• How to watch: FOX

This might be one of the best matchups for the first round of the playoffs. Jordan Love and the Packers are looking to post an upset, while Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley and the Eagles will be ready to prevent that from happening. Which NFC powerhouse will get the job done? 

Washington Commanders vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

• Sunday, Jan. 12 at 8 p.m. ET
• How to watch: NBC and Peacock

It has been a dream rookie season for Jayden Daniels, as the No. 2 overall pick has the Commanders back in the postseason. Daniels will hope to ball out in this one. On the other side of the field, veteran quarterback Baker Mayfield will hope to make a statement. This should be a close contest.

Minnesota Vikings vs. LA Rams 

• Monday, Jan. 13 at 8 p.m. ET 
• How to watch: ABC and ESPN

Last but not least, Justin Jefferson and the Vikings will take on the NFC West champs, with the Rams hoping to ball out. Throughout the season, Jefferson looked like one of the top wideouts in the league. Will he help power Minnesota to the Divisional Round? We're about to find out.
