Arsenal's Mikel Arteta and Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi test positive for coronavirus

This week, the sports world has been rocked by the growing concerns of the coronavirus. Now, it has made its was to the English Premier League.
On Thursday night, Arsenal announced club manager Mikel Arteta, in his first year with the Gunners, has tested positive for COVID-19.

“The health of our people and the wider public is our priority and that is where our focus is," Arsenal managing director Vinai Venkatesham said in a statement. "Our thoughts are with Mikel who is disappointed but in good spirits. We are in active dialogue with all the relevant people to manage this situation appropriately, and we look forward to getting back to training and playing as soon as medical advice allows.”
The club's statement added that anyone who has come in close contact with Arteta in recent days will now self-isolate.
Since the Arteta news, Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has also tested positive. Now, the Blues will also self-isolate in hopes no other players are given coronavirus. Hudson-Odoi is also in good spirits, as he took to social media to thank everyone for their concerns.

As of this writing, league games are still on schedule for this weekend, but that's expected to change. Right now, the safety and health of all the players/coaches/staff/fans is the No. 1 priority.
