It was a moment Chelsea fans will remember forever, while Liverpool supporters choose to look away every single time they're reminded of it.

Folks, we're talking about that day at Anfield on April 27, 2014. With Liverpool in the fight of their lives to capture the English Premier League title, they had a massive game at home against Jose Mourinho's Chelsea. Then, out of nowhere, poor LFC skipper Steven Gerrard slipped. We're sorry to bring this up, Liverpool fans.

At the perfect place at the right time, Chelsea's Demba Ba pounced of the ball and found the back of the net just a few seconds later. Of course, Chelsea had to troll Liverpool a bit with their post on Twitter.

As we all know, Liverpool lost that match 2-0, then went on to draw against Crystal Palace 3-3 in the final game of the season to open the door for Manchester City to win it all. In that draw against Palace, Liverpool was up 3-0, but then blew the lead.

It will go down as arguably the biggest collapse in EPL history. The title was there for Liverpool, but it... slipped away. Unfortunately for Gerrard, he never won the league title and it's been a long 30 years for Liverpool fans as a whole.

Meanwhile for Chelsea, they'll always have the special moment from Ba to honor in its rich history. What a day that turned out to be for the Blues.
